The LEDI DIY Watermaker Kit is a parts-only package for builders who want to assemble their own compact desalination system using quality components without sourcing everything separately. It includes the selected pump, membrane and hardware options, along with key fittings, valves, gauges, tubing and stainless components required for a typical LEDI-style build. A basic suggested build diagram is provided as a starting point, but this is not a plug-and-play system or step-by-step installation kit — final layout, assembly, testing, troubleshooting and safe operation are up to the builder. Best suited to capable DIY users, installers, makers and off-grid operators who are comfortable working with high-pressure plumbing, 12V/24V electrical systems and custom watermaker setups.
Features
The LEDI DIY Watermaker Kit gives capable builders a clean starting point for assembling a custom desalination system without chasing every fitting, valve and stainless component individually. It combines low-pressure feed parts, high-pressure stainless hardware, product-water monitoring, brine control, electrical connection components and selected pump/membrane options into one practical kit. The system is modular, serviceable and suited to marine, off-grid, expedition, emergency and custom install use, with variant options for pump type, membrane size and pressure relief protection. A basic suggested build diagram is included, but the kit is intentionally DIY. Final layout, assembly, wiring, plumbing, commissioning and safe operation are up to the builder.
