LEDI’s work has started turning heads well beyond the workshop. The company earned a QLD Government Ignite Ideas Grant for pushing Australian-made engineering forward, was named a Water NZ Awards finalist for its impact in remote and maritime water access, and became a shortlisted applicant for the Zayed Sustainability Prize—one of the toughest global sustainability competitions to break into. LEDI was also recognised as a Local Government Awards NZ finalist for delivering practical, community-level water resilience. These milestones reflect a simple pattern: build tough, useful technology, and the industry notices.
