Your Scout ships free anywhere in Australia. If you need to return it, we cover the return freight as well. We provide a prepaid label—just keep the original packaging (including foam).

30-Day Trial Program

Try the Scout for 30 days with zero risk.
You can use it in the field and return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Return shipping is covered by LEDI as long as the unit is returned in the original packaging.

Return Conditions

Unused, in original box: Full refund, LEDI covers return shipping.
Used but undamaged (no paint marks or abrasions): AUD 600 restocking fee.
Damaged items: Repair fee + usage fee.

Return freight is covered as long as the unit is packed in the original foam inserts.

Industry-Leading 2-Year Warranty

Every LEDI unit is covered for 12 months or 500 operating hours, whichever occurs first. Register your unit (free) and coverage extends to a total of 24 months or 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first.

All coverage excludes consumables and is subject to normal maintenance — including completion of the 500-hour (or 12-month) service when due. Your first service is free — you just cover freight to and from LEDI (see below).

Operating hours are determined by the integrated, non-resettable hour meter fitted to the unit.

Warranty Handling

Ship the unit back to us; if the issue is claimable, we refund the return shipping. Replacement packaging is available for a small service fee.

Send your unit in after 12 months or 500hrs (whichever comes first) for your first full service — free. You just cover freight to and from LEDI (original packaging required).
